PhD on the benefits of urban horticulture projects
My name is Catalina Cruz,
I’m doing a PhD on the benefits of urban agriculture projects. I'm exploring the impacts of allotments, community gardens, and outdoor gardening in general on public health. I would love to know about your experience!
It would be really helpful if you could answer a short survey (7 minutes tops and multiple answers). Hopefully, with your help, we can build an excellent case to stimulate the local authorities to support more urban agricultural projects such as allotments!

Borders Food Buddies is a project run by award-winning charity Outside the Box. We would like to produce a booklet with helpful hints and tips for enjoying a good day out as we get older. We are looking for feedback and ideas from older people, and especially those who might have or be caring for a family member who has reduced mobility, or memory issues including dementia. You do not have to answer all the questions. Providing your name and contact details is completely optional. Please click on this link to take part in the survey https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/8KTXL6J Borders Food Buddies are trying to get authentic feedback and tips from real people so hope some of your residents, customers or staff might be able to complete the survey.
