Dig for Dementia!
Pot up a plant or sow a seed!
Try out a gardening activity in Alzheimer Scotland's
Dementia Awareness Week
4th-10th June 2018
If you care for people with dementia, why not try out a gardening activity?
It's fun, an excuse to get outdoors and a great conversation starter!
There are lots of activities to try from seed sowing to flower arranging.
Have a go at growing:
Quick crops - windowsill salad or cress in a bag
Pot up some flowering plants into a colourful summer planter
Plant up a herb planter and enjoy the scents and flavours in harvesting and cooking with them.
