LIVE WORKSHOP Mindfulness in Nature

Mindfulness can enhance wellbeing and lift mood. 
In this LIVE Zoom special Workshop, learn how to use this practical, tabletop mindfulness activity to connect your clients with nature: Making a Mandala. This session is led by guest presenter, Deborah Becker, an Occupational Therapist specialising in mental health and well-being. The session includes: a mindfulness 'Making a Mandala' activity, a Colour Relaxation session, as well as an opportunity to ask your questions. 

Join us online for this extended workshop (approx 60-90 mins).
In order to get the most out of this workshop - it starts before the online session with you collecting the materials you will need to take part in the activity on the day. Full instructions will be emailed to you after you Register for the event.
