These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you. By ordering any of the goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before placing an order on the website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked 'I Accept'. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your order. You can only purchase the goods from the website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, regarding your personal information.
For the purpose of these 'Terms and Conditions:
a. 'Data Protection Laws' means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to the Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive) or the GDPR.

We are a Data Controller of the Personal Data we process in providing Goods to you.
Where you supply Personal Data to us so we can provide goods to you, and we process that Personal Data in the course of providing the goods to you, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Laws:
a. before or at the time of collecting Personal Data, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected
b. we will only process Personal Data for the purposes identified
c. we will respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data; and
d. We will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure your Personal Data is secure.

The supplier does not exclude liability for: (i) any fraudulent act or omission; or (ii) for death or personnel injury caused by negligence or breach of the supplier's other legal obligations. Subject to this, the supplier is not liable for (i) loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the contract was made, or (ii) loss (e.g. loss of profit) to the customer's business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a consumer - because the supplier believes the customer is not buying the goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade, craft or profession.
Persons under the age of 18 should use this website only with the supervision of an adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have already paid/we have already sent to you.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card via Paypal (although you do not need to hold a Paypal account.)
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by you card issuer and we are not responsible if you card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. It may be that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. Trellis is not responsible for this.
All prices on the website exclude VAT as Trellis is not registered to charge VAT.
All goods which appear on the website are subject to availability.
Shipping and Terms
Please note we only despatch goods via the Post Office to the United Kingdom.
Trellis will aim to send you your order within 14 days, although this may not always be possible.
Your goods form part of bespoke training package and therefore refunds are not possible.
Trellis Scotland attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Trellis Scotland does not guarantee that product descriptions and website content is, free of errors, complete or current.
The intellectual property rights of the contents, logo and other media made available to you on this website remains the property of Trellis Scotland.
All content included on the website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software, is the property of Trellis Scotland, or other relevant third parties.
