Our Vision is for excellent therapeutic horticulture and its benefits to be available to all.
Our Mission is to help people who need it most to improve their health and wellbeing through gardening, plants and nature connection.
Gardening in Every Care Home
We believe that every care home in Scotland should have access to high-quality gardens and year-round gardening activities. Our ambition is simple but transformative: to make gardening a basic expectation in every care setting, so that residents, staff, and visitors can all enjoy the health, wellbeing and social benefits of connecting with nature.
GP Pilot Project: Gardening for Wellbeing
Imagine walking into your GP practice and seeing a thriving garden where patients, staff, and the community can connect, grow, and heal. Our vision is to make this a reality — embedding therapeutic gardening within GP practices across Scotland.
Centre of Excellence
We want to create a demonstration garden and national Centre of Excellence for therapeutic gardening at the historic grounds of Scone Palace, Perthshire. This flagship site will showcase the power of gardening to transform health and wellbeing, serve as a training and research hub, and inspire thousands of people across Scotland and beyond.
