The Women’s Oot the Back Door Garden Group from Auchinleck Community Development Initiative, joined Trellis for a Wellbeing Workshop held in the Gardens at Dumfries House on Monday 25th. The sun shone as the group enjoyed the sights, sounds and scents of the garden, with the herb garden being of huge interest as everyone tried to recognise the fresh versions of our dried kitchen herbs and guess the specific varieties of mint before heading back to the workshop table for a herbal bath bag making activity. We’re looking forward to our next workshop together where we will be making bulb lasagnes along with leaf gathering for crafts.
